Great illuminator

I do not use this for spot highlighting. I think this kind of product works best if you mix it with othervice too thick and pasty looking foundation. I also really see no point of using this as a primer because then youd just cover the luminousity with a thick foundation youd apply on top of this. This really gives me the rejuvenating rested flawless look when I mix it with my matte liquid foundation. Im so amazed because now I do not have to buy that expensive illuminating foundation but I can just use this instead mixed with my low priced regular foundation. Will buy again!
